1. Q:Are you a manufacturer or a trading company, and when was your company established?
A:Yes, we are direct manufacturer, our first factory was established in 1996, then second factory born in 2009. recently we abtained new one in 2015. now become group companies, group develop market and financial strategy. 3 factoryies focusing on clothing and pe products.
2. Q:What is the annual turnover for your company?
A: Normally it is around USD20 million-25 million, keep growing.
3. Q:Which are the main countries you export to?
A:USA,France,UK,Japan ,Germany,Holland, Switzerland, Austria,Italy,Mexico,Peru,Korea,Thailand etc...
4. Q:Could you provide us an overview of the range of the products that you specifically manufacture from your own factory?
A: Our own factory mainly produce all kinds of disposable face masks,caps, coveralls, surgical gowns, SF coverall,lab coats, bed sheets, arm sleeves, shoe covers, rain ponchos ,aprons dental bibs etc.
5. Q:Do your company have any quality management system such as ISO, EN or CE certificate(s)?
A:Yes, we have CE,ISO13485,FDA,NELSON testing report.
6. Q:What is your normal payment terms? Could you change the payment item, after well flow recorded ?
A: For first order, 30% T/T in advance,70% will be paid before loading.Yes we can discuss it further after some times cooperation.
7. Q:How do you solve quality issues if happened?
A:Our QC dept.set up CAPA system upon the combination of QSR820 system and ISO13485 standards .
Any feedback on quality issue will deeply investigated the root cause of the problems and find the best solution to avoid any future problems.
